A:If you need to order sample for checking-up,we would like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight.We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment.if you have an courier account,please send your courier to collect samples from our company or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost.

3.Q:How much the Courier freight will be for the samples?

A:Courier freight depends on the quantity,weight and carton size and your area.

4.Q:Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

A:Yes,you can.Logo or imprints can be printed on our products by laser-engraving or silk screen printing.

The minimum quantitiy for logo printing is 500pcs per logo.You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG format.If you need custom design package such as gift box and paper card,the MOQ is 2000pcs per model.You can send us the artwork by email in JPG/TIF/AI/EPS/TIFF or coreIDraw formats, or we design the package for you.

5.Q: What is your MOQ?

A:Our MOQ is 500pcs for laser engarving a logo. If you do not need any logo MOQ can be 10pcs.

6.Q:What's your usual payment term for orders?

A:We accept terms of T/T /Westunion/Paypal/LC.
